Orders assigned to Quiqup


When you choose to deliver an order using a Quiqup driver, and the request is successfully accepted by Quiqup, a delivery box will be displayed in the order details:

The Delivery Box shows:

Pick up Estimated

The estimated time that the Quiqup driver will arrive at the restaurant to pick up the order. 

💡Pro Tip:
Make sure you have the food ready in the bag by this time to avoid delays in the delivery.

Job ID

The unique ID to locate the job in the Quiqup dashboard (Quiqdash).

A link on the bottom right side that opens the Quiqdash dashboard to help you track the driver and contact Quiqup support.

Orders assigned to Zomato GO


When you receive an order that is going to be delivered by a Zomato GO driver, you don't need to worry about assigning a driver to fulfill the order.

A delivery box informing the order is assigned to Zomato GO will be displayed in the order details:
