It's possible to temporarily keep customers from placing orders from your outlets without changing your opening hours. This feature comes in handy when you have issues like broken equipment, missing ingredients, maintenance, etc.

To pause new orders, click on the Pause new orders section, located in the sidebar menu, then click on the toggle buttons to set each ordering mode's availability.

This section also allows you to test your print connectivity and test the alert sound for incoming orders.
