Including the receipt with the order is important for most businesses. Some of them use their own POS to print it, but ChatFood also allows you to print order receipts directly via dashboard.

In the order details, find the Print button on the top right corner and click on it. A pop-up will appear, containing printing settings, like the default printer, paper size, etc. Set it the way you prefer, click on Print, and you're good to go.

💡 Tip: Some thermal printers, when provided by a POS or Food Portal, may be configured to block any printing coming from system different than theirs. In this case, acquiring a new printer is necessary.
