If you need to contact a customer to solve order issues or request additional information about an order, you can simply call them on the phone number displayed in the order details:

The number appearing in the Order Card is the only number under the customer profile. ChatFood does not hold any additional number to provide to the merchant in case the customer is not reachable or the registered number is international.


All phone numbers provided by customers are verified using a One-Time Password (OTP) sent via SMS to the informed number.
