The Terms and Conditions described below and in the shared links constitute a legal agreement (“Agreement” or, "Payments", “ChatFood payment powered by checkout.com terms”) between you (if your business is a sole proprietorship) or your business (if you are signing up on behalf of a corporation or other legal entity) (the “Merchant”, “you” or “your”) and ChatLab LLC, organized under the laws of Sharjah, UAE with offices at Sharjah Media City, Sharjah, U.A.E (“ChatFood”, "Chatlab", “we”, “us”, or “our”).

Understanding the payment process is an important step toward getting paid by your customers.

When a customer checks out, they can choose to pay for their order using any of the methods that you've enabled in the Payment Methods section area for each of your outlets and ordering service that your activated (Delivery, Pick up or Dine-in).

There are a few different things to consider when you're choosing which payment methods to offer.

If you want to let your customers pay cash or card on delivery, then it's your responsibility to collect the money either directly via your own delivery riders or through the 3rd party delivery logistic partner of your choice.

If you want to let your customers pay using a credit card, then you can use ChatFood Payments powered by checkout.com. Checkout.com is one of the most secured and leading worldwide payment gateway used by the top food e-commerce brands (Deliveroo, Zomato, Careem, Pizza Hut, ...)

When choosing your payment methods, consider the countries where your business is located and where your customers live. ChatFood's list where ChatFood Payments powered by checkout.com is supported can be found here.
