With the recent policies introduced by Chrome, Firefox, and Edge to prevent intrusive browsing experiences with auto-play videos, there may be cases when your ChatFood sound notifications to alert your team of incoming orders are blocked by your browser.

If you are experiencing this problem in your device, there are settings on Chrome, Firefox, and Edge that allow for the "whitelisting" of your ChatFood dashboard.

Please follow these steps on your preferred browser to change your settings.

How to allow ChatFood notifications on Google Chrome

1. Make sure you have the latest version of Chrome installed on your device.

2. Open Chrome and go to Settings.

3. On the left menu, click on Privacy and security, and then Site Settings.

4. Scroll down under the Content section, and click on Additional content settings.

5. Click on Sound, and then click on the Add button in the Allow section.

6. Add dashboard.chatfood.io as site value.

Now you'll be able to receive audio notifications from ChatFood in your Chrome. πŸ˜‰
