Here are the most frequent questions regarding delivery areas management

Can I disable an area temporarily?

Yes! On the areas listing page, just click on the toggle to enable or disable an area.

Do I need to add a minimum basket value and delivery fee?

They are optional fields, so you don't need to fill them out if you have free delivery or you don't require a minimum basket value to delivery.

I can't find an area. What should I do?

You can just email us at [email protected] and we'll help you.

How long does it take for my changes to be live?

Once you add delivery areas or save changes you've made to existing ones, they go live immediately.

Can an area be added to more than one outlet?

Currently, areas allocated for one outlet can't be added to another.

How will I know if an area has already been assigned to another outlet?

The area on the list will be marked as covered by another outlet. At the moment, it doesn't mention which outlet that area is allocated to.

How will I know if I've already added an area to my outlet?

The area on the list will be marked as already added.

What happens if I add a minimum basket value and/or delivery fee under the Delivery page?

It'll be applied for areas that don't have any value on the delivery areas listing page.
