It's possible to temporarily keep customers from placing orders from your outlets without changing your opening hours. This feature comes in handy when you have issues like broken equipment, missing ingredients, maintenance, etc.
To pause new orders, click on Operations > Pause orders, located in the sidebar menu. From there, you will be able to set the availability of each ordering mode (Delivery - Pickup - Dine-in) for your different outlets.
Clicking the pause button will open a popup window from where you can choose to pause orders for one hour, three hours, six hours, or twelve hours.
Once this duration is reached, your customers can place orders again.
But please note, you can always choose to resume orders by simply clicking the resume button.
