Loyalty Program for Paying at Table!

Your users can now benefit from their points and wallets of your Loyalty Program also in the Pay-at-Table (PAT) feature, which means that now, all products except Payment Links can offer Loyalty Points to the users, so they can be your customers in all services.

Have a loyal Delivery customer? Invite them in and they will be able to use their points either in Dine-In (OAT) and Pay-at-Table (PAT).

Multiple Menus is Live!

Now you can create and publish as many menus as you need, with the ability to decide exactly which stores and which ordering services will use one menu rather than the other.

For example, if you don't deliver Coffee since it could arrive cold, but offers it under Pickup and Dine-In modes, you can set two menus, one with coffee items and one without, and connect them to the ordering services accordingly.

Now expand that though for special menus, seasonal menus, temporary, store wise events, Delivery perks, and much more!

We unlocked any distance inside your talabat geofencing. No more limits to 15km!

Giving you access to a fleet of over 10,000 on-demand riders operating across all seven Emirates to ensure on-time delivery to your customers.

Best part? No intervention is required on your part, no tedious contract-reading and negotiations; ChatFood takes care of the setup so you can focus on your customers.

You can choose talabat logistics as your delivery partner; however, please take note of the following:

1. Currently, the delivery scope is within a 15 KM road from your outlet (15 KM driving distance).

2. Delivery fee per order is 16 AED only and deducted on every payout.

3. Only online payments are accepted — no cash or card on delivery.

⚠️ Using talabat doesn't mean your brand will be listed in talabat
marketplace. You will only be using their on-demand drivers.

Apple Pay is available to all ChatFood stores (in the UAE)

We’re giving all ChatFood stores the ability to accept Apple Pay. If the Card online option is already activated, you're all set to accept Apple Pay. If not, there's no better time than now to enable the Card online option from your ChatFood dashboard. Best part? It comes at no extra cost beyond the existing credit card fee. Learn More

⚠️ Apple Pay is only available for businesses that use the 
ChatFood’s Checkout account. Businesses that have their own payment
gateway are not supported.

Data visualization: Total Sessions & Overall Conversion

With ChatFood Dashboard and its stellar data visualization capabilities, you don't have to be a data analyst to understand your business performance. We provide the right tools to help you get the necessary insights and make the right choices, resulting in improved customer relationships and a strengthened business. In addition to the Sales, Orders, and Performance metrics cards, we are adding Customer sessions, which has two cards:

  • Total Sessions: This card shows how many user sessions or visits your business got on the ordering page. It is the same to say, "how many customers came in through the door in your store." These are not unique sessions, meaning that if the same user visited your online store three different times in a day, it would count three times.

  • Overall Conversion: This card shows, in percentage, how many of those initial sessions became orders. For example, if your conversion is 10%, it means that out of 10 visits to your online store, you got one order. Learn More

Customer profile & order history.

To improve your customers' experience, we constantly add and improve features around the ordering page. With this new feature, your customers can view and update their account details:

  • Email address

  • Full name

  • Phone number (not editable)

  • WhatsApp number

  • Date of birth

💡TIP: A loyalty program combined with the date of birth opens up many creative possibilities. For example, you can offer customers loyalty points multiplied by their age, current month, year of birth, etc.

They can also see their order history, which includes:

  • The specific items they purchased

  • How much each costs

  • Date of placing the order

  • Payment method

  • Delivery address

  • Price information and any promotions used

  • Loyalty points that have been used or earned

We updated the Live orders page to help you better clarify and accuracy of your customer's delivery location. Instead of having a text-only address, we've added three new capabilities to share a customer's delivery location: Copy order, View on map and Share on WhatsApp. This feature will help:

  • Improve the delivery experience by minimizing calls between your business, delivery partners, and customers to get more clarity on the location.

  • Make it easier and faster for you to share customer addresses with your drivers.

  • Boost your Order Accuracy, which has an impact on customer loyalty.
    As a result, customers will want to order from you more frequently because they know they will receive the order on time and at the correct address.

You can create and share payment links directly from your ChatFood Dashboard:

  • It only takes a few minutes to fill in the payment details, including the required amount and the purpose of payment.

  • Copy and paste the link and share it with your customers via WhatsApp, email, QR code, or any other channel of their preference.

Grid view. Designed to make your products shine.

To make the shopping experience delightful for your customers, we constantly add and improve your online store features. And that's why we introduced the Grid layout to menu pages.

You can quickly set a default option from your Dashboard> Settings > Branding > Default menu layout. The option you set is the view that will be displayed to your customers.

Dashboard navigation improvements.

We just updated our Dashboard navigation with two improvements to help you find your way around more quickly:

  • The business switcher: is no longer located in the header of all dashboard pages. It will be accessible from the main navigation and situated at the bottom of the main menu.

  • The Settings entry was improved to include the View ordering page, Outlets Branding, Billing, and Business settings in a single access point.

⚠️Please note that the live order page may return a 404 - in this case, the solution is to hit refresh.

Having a pre-order service is excellent for both businesses and customers.

While businesses can profit by selling products in advance, customers can use the pre-order option to save time and avoid waiting in line.
